Orchard Priory Garden Design Process
Following acceptance of the proposals made at the initial meeting, the design process then follows four simple steps:

Survey: Your existing garden and grounds will be measured to allow the new design to be accurately set out. This will include recording levels, taking photographs and plotting the position of important objects and plants within the garden.

Concept Design: An initial coloured design will be drawn up based upon your brief, style choices and budget. We will present this design and collate your comments to develop the final master plan.

Master Plan: The coloured master plan of your grounds is the drawing which the construction and quotation will be based upon. The drawing will have advisory notes, sketches, cross-sections and construction details where necessary.

Quotation: The quotation is based upon the master plan and will include a detailed description of all the works and a breakdown of the costs involved.

If required we will also provide a preliminary construction schedule following acceptance of the quotation.
